Chalet Carré is a privately owned holiday chalet. This notice explains what happens to the details you give us through this website.
What we collect
When you send a booking request, we receive the details you type into the form: your name, email address, phone number, the dates you'd like, the number of guests and any message you add.
What we use it for
Only to reply to your request, arrange and manage your stay, and send you the information you need before you arrive. We don't use it for marketing and we don't sell or share it, except with our local management company, Biot-Tifoul, where they need it to look after your stay.
How long we keep it
Requests that don't become bookings are deleted within 12 months. Details of confirmed stays are kept for as long as we need them for our accounts and legal obligations.
Where it's stored
Booking requests are stored on this website's server and in our email. Our booking calendar shares only the dates that are booked, without names or contact details, with the other sites where the chalet is listed.
Cookies
This website uses only the cookies it needs to work. It doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies.
Your rights
You can ask to see the details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them. Email info@chaletcarre.com and we'll reply within a month.
